Facebook on the Street

Note to parents of females: It is neither okay nor appropriate to allow your daughters to go to public locations with swimsuits that cover less of their bodies than most of my wife’s lingerie does. Nor is it ok or appropriate to allow them to pierce locations on their bodies that make you feel like a dirty old man If you happen to notice it.

Amen. That goes for clothes in general. I can’t tell you how many butt cheeks I’ve seen hanging out of too-short shorts.

I totally agree with the man who said this. I was in line the other day behind a mother and her teenage daughter. The daughter was literally wearing a sports bra and spandex boyshort panties like she was in the middle of a marathon. I made a point of [telling] my daughter (who was staring) how inappropriate her lack of coverage of her body was. My daughter said, “I know Mommy. I would NEVER wear that,” loud enough for all to hear. I also have a 12-year-old boy, and I have to teach him to look away from garbage like that! It sucks all around.

And if I may add to parents of boys: We do not want to see their underwear. Pull up those saggy pants.

Am I the only one who believes that if I have to chase you for affection, you aren’t worth the run?
