Coach Ginny Wolfe is a personal trainer and health coach. After struggling with body image issues for years because of abuse she suffered, Ginny felt better physically and emotionally when she started getting fit. Her passion is to help others get fit and feel better from the inside out.

She owns a gym called One Body Fitness (www.onebodyfitness.net) and enjoys spending time with her husband Pat and their two sons.
